In our bedroom we have an alcove designed to hold a TV, and under it we have another one that I have yet to figure out why it is there. Gavin has figured it out though! He loves this spot. Anytime we are in my room he crawls up into this little hole. After the bath last night he made his way over there and I had to get a picture of it. What a cutie!!

We had a spot like that in our old house and I think it's supposed to be for built-in shelves or drawers, but we put a basket in ours full of cozy blankets. My kids used to hide behind all the blankets. You could hang a tension rod across it and make a cute little curtain that coordinates with your room and then give them a for reals hideout! Anyway!
