I can't help but smile when I see this picture of Jared and I. Man, we look so young!! 10 years ago we took this picture, and I pretty much knew then that I wanted to marry him. That smile, those dimples, who wouldn't fall in love with that?!?

Today we celebrate 8 years of marriage and I can't believe how fast time has gone. I couldn't picture my life without Jared! I never want to! He makes me a better person, a better wife and a better mother! He has blessed my life more than I can explain!

Here's to eight great years of happiness, and many many more to come!

I finally have a date for the ultrasound to check on the baby and to find out the gender...of course!! =) I'm betting that it will be a boy, but I was wondering what everyone else is thinking. I put a poll up for fun....so make a vote, and when the big day comes we will see who was right!!

First Day of School

Here are 3 of my sweet kiddos on their first day of school! I still can't believe that they are all old enough to be in the grades that they are! Kaitlin went to class very excited where as the boys had a couple tears (so did mom!!), but I know that they will all enjoy this year!! I sure love this kids and am so proud of each of them!

Move Over Zac Efron

I have a new leading man...Cory Monteith! My sister Michelle was here this weekend and we couldn't get enough of the new Fox show "Glee" We watched the final number of the first episode on You Tube about a million times! Fox gave a little teaser by showing the Pilot after the American Idol season finale in May, but we have to wait until September for the season to actually begin. Really....Fox?!?! I'm not sure I can wait!! =) If you haven't seen the show you have to watch it...you will love it!!

Gavin has been snapping for awhile and I have tried and tried to get a video of him, but I have never been sucessful. Until today!! Enjoy!

Ear Bling

Kaitlin has been asking about getting her ears pierced for a couple months and on Saturday for her birthday Aunt D took her to get them done. I had prepped her ahead of time telling her that it will hurt a little, but it's done very quick. I thought that she would decide against getting them done when we got there, but she was very brave.

She did start to cry a bit when I had to touch them so the lady could show me how to clean them. What a sad face!

She was very happy though when she saw her newly pierced ears in the mirror! Then she was off to look at all the earrings that they had in the store to make a list of all the ones she wanted when she can change them in 6 weeks! =)

Sneak Peek...

...Of what's to come! Friday was the last day of school and Jayden's preschool class had a year end party. When we got there Logan went right up to the teacher naming all the treats that he wanted on his plate, then sat down with the other kids and starting telling jokes and laughing. He fit in perfectly. Next year Logan will go to preschool and I know that he will have a blast!

Confessions of a Blogstalker-aholic!

I needed a cute end of the teacher appreciation gift and during my blogstalking hour (or more) I saw a super cute idea and wanted to duplicate it. I loved how it turned out! It was easy to make and inexpensive, which is nice when your needing something for 3 teachers!

Kindergarten Here He Comes!!

Yesterday Jayden "graduated" from preschool and he looked so cute doing it! The kids sang songs, danced, wore hats and star glasses and sang with pretend microphones. It was quite the show. Jayden is so excited to go to Kindergarten next year after having to do preschool 2 years in a row because of his age. We are so proud of all that he has learned and can't wait to see how much he grows next year!!

Or so he thinks!! This little man is definitely giving me a run for my money these days. All at once he is learning how to do all these new things - climbing on the table, climbing the ladder to the top bunk, opening doors, getting into the toilet...lovely-you get the point! I think I need to invest in some heavy duty child proof equipment. I'm gonna need it with him.

Will the Real Jayden Michael...

.....please stand up!! For class Jayden had to make a lifesize paperdoll of himself to display at Preschool Graduation. Can you tell the real one from the doll? =) Jayden helped by deciding what clothes he wanted to wear, gluing him together and coloring his skin. Today while we were finishing him up Jayden said, "It's like the second born of me!" I thought that was pretty cute.

Happy Birthday Kaitlin!!

Seven years ago today I was in the hospital holding my sweet baby girl for the first time! Jared and I were so happy to finally meet her after waiting 9 months and one long overdue week!! =) She was such a beautiful baby and we couldn't get enough of her! Seven years later she has grown into such a beautiful girl. I am so proud of the girl she has become. She loves to learn and loves to write. Lately she has been writing and drawing her own books. She really amazes me! I am so proud to be her mother! I love you Kaitlin....Happy Birthday!!

I have always wanted to plant a garden, and now that we live in a house with a nice sized backyard I was able to finally do it with the help of my Mother-in-Law Marnee. I may be a little obsessed with checking on my plants, but I love it!! When I was out watering the other day I spotted this on my pepper plant!! I was so excited I had to share.

One Week....

...till my sweet Gavin boy turns one!! The time has gone by so fast. How did I get so lucky to be blessed with this sweet little guy? I mean, come on...how stinkin' cute is he?!? Thanks to Michelle for the fun 1st birthday shoot. I can't wait to see the rest!! =)

.... playing outside dressed as Batman. We definitely got our $20.00 dollars worth when we bought this costume for Halloween. He loves it!! He wears it non-stop. If he could wear it to school, I bet he would.

Stay Longer....

On Friday night we had Zoe over for a night of fun with Kaitlin. Instead of a sleep over, we had a stay longer! The girls started out the fun dressing as twins and playing outside.

Then for dinner we made mini pizzas.

Then we made strawberry popcorn balls, changed into jammies and watched High School Musical 3.

We had alot of fun, and it was something different that the girls got to do together.
