It's here....The First Day of School!!
Kaitlin has been begging for a rolling backpack since the middle of last year and she finally got it thanks to Nana!! She has been rolling it all around the house for a couple days, so today she was thrilled to finally take it to class!
Kaitlin loves the fact that in first grade she gets her very own desk....it was one of the first things she talked about when she got in the car this afternoon. She is going to have a blast in first grade, and I'm so excited to watch her grow and learn. 
Because Jayden's birthday is 10 days after the Kindergarten cut off, he is doing another year of Pre-School. It was like he had never left for the summer. He walked in, put his stuff in his cubby and went to sit down in his square...it was second nature to him! What a funny boy! 
Here's Logan waiting patiently on the side as Jayden was going into class. Having all the kids home this summer he really missed out on all the alone time with mom, so it will be fun for him to just be home alone with just myself and Gavin!

how cute they all are. My kids favorite part of school is the back pack. This year micah had to have a one strap over the shoulder bag, when he was in 1st he had to have a rolling one too! I love her hair, I can't wait for Peyton to have some hair.
That is crazy your kids are going to school. WOW. Kaitlin sure is a very pretty girl. Jared is going to have to beat all the boys off when she gets a little bit older!
We are so excited! Almost as excited as that little girl sitting next to Kaitlin, and even more excited as Logan is in his picture! Just kidding.

yeah! i'm glad kaitlin and jayden had a good first day! that picture of logan is so cute! :) i'm excited for the playgroup... i'll get the schedule sent out in the next couple of days.
You are too young to have a child in first grade, oh yeah, and one in preschool and two at home :) There is a little girl in our ward that looks just like Kaitlin. Josh and I both saw her today and turned to each other at the same time and said, "that little girl looks like Kaitlin". She had her hair styled exactly how Kaitlins is in her first day of school pictures. That picture of Logan makes me sad!! He is so cute!! Psh, psh, psh, psh, psh (that is my attempt at writing the little sound effect Logan does when he punches) Love you guys!
